MP praises particularly the enthusiasm of the youngsters
On Friday together with many others John Baron MP welcomed the Olympic Flame to Basildon Sporting village. John was joined by many other MPs, Councillors and the Mayor of Basildon Council.
John said:
“This was a great moment and good to see in particular so many youngsters so enthused about this momentous event. It took a lot of organising, so well done to all concerned – particularly the Council given the organisation involved.”
