MP says this will help cut costs for care homes and businesses
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) purchased by care homes, businesses, charities and individuals will be free from VAT up to 31st July 2020. This VAT cut should save care homes and businesses more than £100 million.
John said,
“I welcome this sensible move to cut costs for care homes, businesses, charities and individuals during this coronavirus outbreak, and it will help ensure PPE reaches those who really need it.”
