John Baron MP holds Q&A session with St Peter’s Catholic Primary School in Parliament

MP takes questions from Key Stage 2 school students.

Today, John Baron MP met with teachers and students from St Peter’s Catholic Primary School, Billericay. The students had been on a tour conducted by the Parliamentary Education Service which was followed by a workshop. This workshop gave students the chance to further their understanding of Parliament. John Baron MP was invited by the school to meet the students after their workshop for a chat and to answer any questions they might have.

John said:

“This was a good Q&A session. The pupils asked questions about my role as an MP and how laws are made. It was good to see both teachers and pupils enjoying their visit.”

Katherine Parker [Deputy Headteacher, St Peter’s Catholic Primary School] said:

“The children of St Peters have had a wonderful experience finding out lots about Parliament and being enlightened by Mr John Baron MP about his many experiences.”
