MP says competition is great asset to town

On Friday evening, John Baron MP attended the Billericay in Bloom Prizegiving Ceremony which was held at the Canon Roche Social Centre, Laindon Road, Billericay. Many members of the Town Council were present as was BBC Essex Radio Gardening presenter Ken Crowther who awarded the prizes. John was asked to say a few words to open the ceremony. 

John said:

“Well done to everyone who makes this competition possible – both the organisers and those who enter. The event certainly adds colour and is a great asset to the town.”
