MP meets with Management to discuss their work.
John Baron MP has visited Munchkins Nursery, Somerset Road, Laindon at the invitation of the Directors, Joanne Callaghan and Liz Makins.
John was shown the facilities at the nursery and met with the staff and children in their care. This was followed by an informal chat regarding funding and the services given by the nursery.
John said:
“It was a pleasure to meet the team and to see so many smiling faces. We had a good chat and we look forward to keeping touch”
Joanne said:
“It was great that John has listened to our issues concerning funding both for parents and for us as nursery providers. We look forward to him supporting our campaign to make a fairer and more transparent system”
