MP: Sir Tom bolstered national morale
Responding to the sad news about Capt Sir Tom Moore, John said,
“I was very sad to hear the news about Sir Tom. He was a gentleman of the old school who through his dedication and hard work truly caught the public mood, raising a huge amount for good causes and bolstering our morale in the process. In two moments of national crisis he answered our country’s call, and I send his family and friends my best wishes and condolences.”
