MP: Vaccines are not far away
Yesterday the Government announced that the national restrictions will end on schedule on 2nd December. The ‘stay at home’ order will end, collective worship will resume and people will no longer be restricted to meeting only one other person outdoors. The country will return to the localised tier system, with gyms and non-essential retail reopening. Hospitality will be subject to an 11.00pm closing time, with last orders at 10.00pm. “I am pleased the nationwide restrictions will cease as scheduled on 2nd December. Everyone has played their part over the last few weeks, and it will be good to return to some of our normal rhythms. Coupled with the real prospects of safe and effective vaccines in the near future, we can see light at the end of the tunnel.”
